The New York State Assembly voted 131-8 in favor of a bill that would add post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) to the state’s list of qualifying medical marijuana conditions.

Five medical marijuana companies are suing New York State after the state Health Department announced plans to double the total number of MMJ manufacturers allowed in the state.
