A Philadelphia cannabis party was shut down last night when local narcotics officers raided the warehouse hosting the “Philly Smoke Session” event.

According to Philly.com, around 75 attendees were detained by police and as many as 11 people were arrested, including the party’s organizer, N.A.

There was something different in the cold and rainy air during this year’s myriad of 420 celebrations in Toronto.

Seven marijuana activists were arrested on federal charges yesterday for offering free joints to Congressional staff, even though they were in compliance with Washington D.C. laws.

Broken down along several demographics, the poll surveyed 1,062 voters from April 12 – April 18.

The new survey, which was posted today, on the stoner’s holiday 420, finds that 61 percent of the America public now believes that marijuana should be taxed and regulated in a manner similar to alcohol and tobacco.
