Seth Rogen, Wiz Khalifa to launch streaming shows for Snoop Dogg’s pot website

Notable stoners Seth Rogen and Wiz Khalifa are joining forces with Snoop Dogg to release a new lineup of pot-related entertainment.

Snoop Dogg’s cannabis news and lifestyle media platform Merry Jane announced partnerships with Wiz Khalifa’s Taylor Gang and Seth Rogen’s Point Grey creative agency, reports Variety.

Rogen will produce “Talking Buds,” a series of short videos that “humanizes various strains of cannabis, giving each a personality to creatively explain the effects of the strain when consumed,” according to a company announcement.

Wiz Khalifa’s show, which has yet to be titled, is described as combining elements of “Jackass” and “American Ninja Warrior,” under the theme of weed.

Snoop’s Merry Jane recently received an Emmy nomination for producing the VH1 cable series “Martha & Snoop’s Potluck Dinner Party.” The media company is also working on a Snoop-produced show titled “Queens of the Stoned Age,” which will focus on women involved in the legal cannabis industry.
