Willie Nelson’s marijuana brand will soon be available in Canada

Canadians can enjoy Willie Nelson’s very own cannabis once it becomes legal.

LivWell Enlightened Health LLC is making a deal to secure perpetual distribution rights in Canada to Nelson’s marijuana brand Willie’s Reserve, reports Bloomberg News.

LivWell, one of Colorado’s largest cannabis companies, is also in the process of a reverse takeover of the Canadian investment company Target Capital Inc., and will change its name to LivWell International.

The moves are the latest in the trend of American pot companies looking to raise capital in the Canadian stock exchange.

Nelson’s brands, Willie’s Reserve and Willie’s Remedy, plans to produce flower, vape pens and edible marijuana products once Canada legalizes adult recreational use on Oct. 17.

“I bought enough of it, so I feel like I should be able to sell some back,” the music legend said in a promotional video, which can be viewed below.
