1. Find the light
The heavy back-lighting shadows the bud, making it look like a big black blob with little to no detail.
Instead, try rotating around the bud so that the sunlight highlights the frost-covered beauty.
The most important step in photography, analyze your light! You want all the trichomes to glitter and reflect that light, so be sure to rotate yourself around the bud to find where the sun perfectly highlights your glimmering bud.
Backlighting can look awesome for certain photos, but if your goal is to show off your buds then align those beautiful buds with the sun and use Mother Nature to your advantage!
