Californians can soon celebrate the new year with legal weed, paired with some deep-fried goodies from Jack in the Box.
The San Diego-based major fast food chain is teaming up with Snoop Dogg’s cannabis culture site, Merry Jane, to release an exclusive Merry Munchie Meal specially priced at $4.20.
“Launching the Merry Munchie Meal is the perfect way for both companies to celebrate legalization in our shared home state of California,” said Scott Chung, chief operations officer of Merry Jane.
The limited-time combo comes with curly fries, onion rings, two tacos, five mini churros, three chicken strips, and a beverage — all at a price that playfully references every stoner’s favorite time of day.
But finding a participating restaurant will be much tougher than purchasing legal pot. The Merry Munchie Meal will only be served at three restaurants — all of which located in Snoop’s hometown of Long Beach — and will be available from Jan. 18 to 25.
Jack in the Box adds this deal to their current line of Munchie Meals, and have marketed to marijuana users years before California voters…
